The Consultant is a valued contributor to the team that supports project management, analysis, deliverable creation, logistics), meeting facilitation, presentations to clients, and is developing subject matter expertise. The Consultant supports the team by completing deliverables on time. Overall responsibilities include :

• Providing comprehensive on-site and remote support for leading client engagements and achieving project deliverables
• Coordinating overall project delivery to meet project objectives and client expectations
• Working with others to establish overall project direction
• Planning and managing distinct segments of work
• Drive change and assist with implementation of solutions with clients
• Building strong relationships with client team members
• Diagnosing client problems and developing effective solutions
• Contributing to advancement of Visante’s capabilities through policy, procedure, template or standard work development
• Preparing high-quality deliverables for clients

Depending on the work environment, may be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. As a subject matter expert, functions as the organizational ambassador for their knowledge area, and applies their expertise to support the client’s vision and strategic direction. The Consultant Pharmacist will provide guidance on how their area of capability can resolve an organizational need.

Requirements : Education :

Required - Pharm.D. or bachelor's degree in pharmacy

Preferred - Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH, MHA)

Experience :

Required - 5 years of experience working in health system pharmacy, including 3+ years in managing others and overseeing operational initiatives, or completion of a HSPAL residency training program
