Job descriptionBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting. 3-5 years in public accounting. CPA or parts passed. Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting a plus.

About the Company :
Our client, a well-recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists.
- Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q and quarterly earnings release.
- Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support.
- Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel.
- Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances.
- Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A.
Requirements :
Salary Range : 100,000 – $150,000
