We are currently accepting applications for an Mechanical Engineer at a Senior Associate level to join our team in Denver or Chicago . Our expected starting annual salary range is $120,000 -$140,000, plus discretionary bonuses.

In Denver this role is on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office each week. In Chicago this role is remote, with additional travel expected across the US.

Essential Functions

Leverage your passion for and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and engineering to :

• Conduct property condition assessments (PCAs)
• Provide estimations of probable costs
• Peer review building designs
• Perform energy audits, system commissioning, forensic evaluations, construction management and design and evaluations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
• Interact with site personnel and clients
• Engage in a diverse array of projects offering unique challenges and opportunities to make a tangible impact
• Travel to project sites is required
