Client Facing Delivery & Sales

  • Leads the creation of functional and / or technical designs, implementation strategy, and configuration workbooks of complex engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
  • Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet the client's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Demonstrates ability to work through ambiguity with an entrepreneurial approach in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
  • Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and / or level of effort and staff plans.
  • Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility.
  • Resolves complex client functional issues by recommending and demonstrating solutions.
  • Responsible for QA review at each phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Leads client workshops across multiple phases of the project lifecycle, effectively consulting with management and stakeholders of client organizations and influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifies issues and risks to stated business goals impacting the project, collaborates with client team to build and act upon risk mitigation plans, and escalates as appropriate.
  • Proactively monitors application quarterly releases to determine impact and communicates product changes, degradations, outages, end of life, and other relevant updates with clients.
  • Understands cross-solution impacts and demonstrates business process expertise within one or more product family or technology area.
  • Contributes as a functional and / or technical resource for sales pursuits.
  • Responsibilities

    Practice Development

  • Supports the Practice Lead, taking on leadership responsibilities in selected areas of the practice as requested.
  • Leads components of internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business every 6 months.
  • Leads / participates in an initiative, committee, offering, or capability team and assists with developing content every 6 months.
  • May lead / supports business development activities to generate bookings.
  • Leads internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to better understand and communicate the strategic priorities of the company.
  • Collaborates with technical SMEs, CPs, and other COP members to develop offerings and capabilities every 6 months.
  • People Development

  • Delivers on-time performance appraisals, guides career development, and develops training and career plans for project team members and direct reports.
  • Acts as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of project team members.
  • Coaches direct reports and project team members to create high complexity deliverables across all phases of the TCM+ project lifecycle.
  • Coaches direct reports and project team members to complete internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business.
  • Formally and informally mentors direct reports, Analysts, Consultants, and Managers, while driving client implementation success.
  • May collaborate with Talent on Class Of and Experienced Hire recruiting, onboarding, and training.
  • Shadows senior leaders or takes advantage of educational opportunities to learn how to manage, mentor, and elevate direct reports.
  • Professional Development

  • Delivers on-time performance self-appraisals and takes proactive accountability for own career development.
  • May identify as a solution set owner by continually growing product, functional, technical, and industry knowledge through training / certification.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of application / product functionality and roadmap through quarterly updates and certifications.
  • Shadows more senior or experienced team members to learn how to elevate client experience.
  • Actively solicits, receives, and implements constructive feedback from clients, supervisors, and peers.

    US : Hiring Range in USD from : $116,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
