Position SummaryLibrium Group is seeking a motivated and analytically strong Associate to support federal, state, and municipal clients with complex infrastructure and energy programs. This role is ideal for an early career professional with exposure to public private partnerships, infrastructure finance, real assets, or public-sector advisory who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact national programs.The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical capability, stakeholder management, strategic communication, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments. You will work closely with senior government officials, private developers, and multidisciplinary teams to advance transactions, evaluate delivery models, and support long-term investment decisions.This role requires excellent judgment, adaptability, and a professional demeanor capable of navigating dynamic requirements and shifting priorities. This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days per week at the client site, with additional flexibility for hybrid work. Domestic and international travel may be required, estimated around 10% of total time.
