Requires as Sales Consultant:

As a Sales Consultant you will play a key role in helping customers find and purchase vehicles that meet their needs.• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Provide information about different vehicle models, features, and pricing.
• Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance.
• Stay up to date on the latest models, trims, and technology.
• Understand financing, leasing, and warranty options.
• Guide customers through the buying process.
• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values.
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Work with finance managers, service advisors, and other dealership staff.
• Participate in training and sales meetings.

Keys To Success:

• Effective communication and people skills
• A cheerful outlook and a strong work ethic
• Previous auto sales or customer service experience is a PLUS but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Desire to grow and advance in a supportive team environment.
