Business Consulting - Finance Transformation - Global Business Services (GBS) - Manager

The opportunity

The Global Business Services (GBS) team at EY is at the forefront of innovation, assisting organizations in their transformation agendas. We specialize in the design, delivery, and enhancement of next-generation GBS and Outsource models, integrating digital capabilities and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

We are looking for a GBS Manager who will play a vital role in executing client engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology domains. In this key position, you'll collaborate with clients ranging from local businesses to multinational corporations, driving GBS strategy, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. Your extensive experience in shared services, outsourcing, process optimization, and digital enablement will be instrumental in guiding project teams and working alongside client stakeholders.

This role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience across various sectors, including consumer, energy, health and life sciences, industrial manufacturing, media, and technology.

Your key responsibilities

As a GBS Manager, you will lead project delivery, manage teams, and foster client collaboration while contributing to the evolution of the GBS practice with an emphasis on high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee and drive GBS transformation initiatives in areas such as :

• GBS Strategy & Operating Model Support

Assist in developing robust GBS operating models across key functions including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.

Apply insights and best practices across key sectors such as Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Health & Life Sciences.

Manage multi-process transformation programs that leverage automation, analytics, and technologies like ServiceNow.

Oversee day-to-day project execution to ensure quality and timelines are met while maintaining client engagement.

Help develop GBS methodologies, tools, and sector-specific offerings.

Contribute insights and content regarding emerging GBS trends related to AI, global talent models, and enterprise service management.
