Spectrum Partners is seeking to fill an Contact Center Manager position for our customer in Philadelphia, PA. Spectrum Partners LLC is an innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients. We have unique strengths in complex, cross-organizational solution analysis, design, development, implementation, and change management supporting enterprise requirements.

We need an Contact Center Manager for a Full-time position.

  • Position : Contact Center Manager
  • Location : Philadelphia, PA
  • Position Type : Full-time position

Description

  • Leadership : Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members, stakeholders, clients.
  • Technical Proficiency : Must have hands on knowledge of (Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Required Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or Customer service, logistics, supply chain management
  • A candidate with master's degree is preferred
  • A candidate with 7 years of Customer Service experience
  • Required Certification :

  • CCXP,CSMC, Lean Six Sigma
