We are looking for a charismatic and creative Content Creator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. In this position, you will be responsible for developing engaging video content focused on Business studies, including Economics, Accounting, and Finance.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

You will co-lead e development of videocourses inbusiness studies, including accounting, finance,etc.

Co-lead the planning ofcomprehensivecurriculaandindividual lessons.

Co-lead thewriting oflessonworksheets andproblems and recording of lessons and problems.

Co-lead the development of annual, quarterly, and weekly goals for your team.

Giveand receivefeedback from peers, tocontinuouslyimprovethe team’swork products.

Contributetohiring,training, and improvementstostandards andprocesses.

Mustbeable to join regularmeetingsbetween 9am-5pm ESTtoplan,edit, andrevisework products.

Performotherreasonabledutiesasrequired.

Required Experience & Skills

Can explain complexconcepts in a clear, effective, and engaging manner.

Hasveryhigh standards for work products and high attention to detail.

Caneffectivelygive and takefeedbackto improveyourteam’swork products.

Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Is highly dependable to manageown workload and complete work efficiently.

HasaBachelor’s degree in business studies– or equivalent experience.

Canuse a quiet area at home for asmallrecording studio (all equipment isprovided by Pearson).

PreferredQualifications

Proven experience teaching or tutoring college students in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields within the past three years.

Proven experience in developing curricula or assessments, orineducational publishing.

Proven experience creating educational video content.

An advanced degree inaquantitativefield– or equivalent experience preferably in business, accounting or finance, etc.

Has experience with video recording equipment and software – or can learn quickly.

Has experience with and / oris willing to engage with students on social media.

• Salary Range : $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including (but not limited to) skill set, level of experience, and location. The anticipated salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
