Description : About the Role :

As the lead Content Creator (Copywriter), you will play a key role in crafting compelling content that drives engagement and supports our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing, Leadership, Customer Experience, Performance Health, and Physician teams to produce SEO-optimized content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website copy. Your work will directly contribute to Cenegenics' brand presence, lead generation, and thought leadership in the executive wellness space.

About You :

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to translate complex healthcare topics into engaging and digestible content. You stay up-to-date on SEO trends, digital activation strategies, and AI-powered content tools. Your ability to blend creativity with data-driven insights makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop compelling, high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
Optimize content for SEO, leveraging keyword research and best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and Cenegenics brand ambassadors (Chief Medical Advisor, Physicians, Performance Health Coaches) to create content aligned with Cenegenics' brand voice and strategic goals.
Utilize AI-driven tools for content generation, enhancement, and performance analysis.
Research and stay current with industry trends in healthcare, longevity, and wellness to create authoritative and engaging content.
Implement content strategies for digital activation, including conversion-driven landing pages, lead generation assets, and targeted campaigns.
Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards and maintains a high level of accuracy and credibility in the healthcare space.

Requirements :

What you Bring to the Table :

5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness or technology sectors.

Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital activation strategies.

Understanding of AI-driven content tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO.

Strong background and experience in creating organic content and multi-platform storytelling.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into engaging and digestible content.

Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (MailChimp).

Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with multiple partners and agencies, overseeing external and internal creative requests, and communicating effectively.
