Obsessive about their job- delivering the highest quality and putting in whatever is needed to achieve brand goals. Proven experience editing YouTube or digital-first content, with samples to share. Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong motion graphics and animation chops. Ability to work fast without compromising quality—tight turnarounds are part of the game. Exceptional storytelling instincts, with an eye for pacing, structure, and engagement. Familiarity with the YouTube platform and content landscape. Must be a strong communicator, highly organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Bonus : Experience with color correction, LUTs, or working on set. We’re expanding our production team and are looking for a creative, detail-obsessed video editor who can bring our stories to life with exceptional polish, speed, and originality.
This is your opportunity to help shape the visual identity of top-performing online content while collaborating directly with producers and talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute their creative vision across shows and formats.
- Edit YouTube-first content from raw footage to final delivery, balancing tight deadlines with the highest production standards.
- Implement custom motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Polish audio (mixing, leveling, noise reduction) to ensure broadcast-quality sound.
- Maintain and elevate the visual language of our brand across all videos.
- Organize and manage project files in Premiere Pro, ensuring efficiency across versions and handoffs.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and editing styles within digital-first content to keep our shows fresh and culturally relevant.
- Provide input on story structure, pacing, and tone.
- Occasionally assist with color correction, thumbnails, and other production tasks as needed.
