What you will do :
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels to promote CBUSA’s value to members.
Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to CBUSA’s branding guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive image across all communications.
Support the planning and execution of member events, industry trade shows, and webinars, including event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and member needs to help inform marketing strategy and messaging.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, understand business priorities, and ensure marketing efforts align with CBUSA’s strategic goals.
Who you are and what you need :
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role required. Experience in the residential or home building industry is a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in Salesforce, Wrike, and / or Figma is a plus!
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
