About Carrot :

Trusted by more than a thousand multinational employers, health plans, and health systems, Carrot's comprehensive clinical program delivers industry-leading cost savings for employers and award-winning experiences for millions of people worldwide. From maternity through menopause and pre-pregnancy through parenting, Carrot is dedicated to expanding access and improving outcomes. Carrot empowers members with compassionate, personalized, and inclusive support.
The Role :
In this role, you must have a strong background in B2B copywriting, content distribution, customer acquisition, and have a clear grasp of branding and design best practices. You should also thrive in a fast-paced environment and nurture a collaborative and agile approach.
This is truly a cross-functional role where you will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to produce dynamic, human-centric content that accelerates pipeline and influences revenue. You’ll also help build the company’s presence across earned and owned channels such as email, social media, web, in-person events, and more.
Beyond being an adaptable, and growth-minded content marketer, we’re also hoping you’ll be passionate about helping people navigate their fertility and family-building journeys through adoption, surrogacy, IVF, menopause, and more. If that’s you, welcome aboard! This role will report to Carrot’s Director of Digital Marketing.
What You’ll Do :
- Drive, develop, and execute content marketing programs for prospective Carrot customers that align with the broader strategic objectives. Evaluate and evolve all aspects of this plan, including continually reviewing feedback and analytics; researching current and evolving audience needs; and partnering with our go-to-market teams to drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts such as clinical providers, marketing operations, PR and events managers, and product marketers to write and create various content assets. Examples include bite-sized videos for social media, podcast and webinar scripts, case studies, clinical research summaries, nurture emails, member and customer stories, and blogs for HR leaders.
- Create a high volume of content on an ongoing basis to attract, nurture, and convert prospective buyers into Carrot customers.
- Partner with SEO, ABM, and broader marketing team to optimize and execute a multi-channel content distribution strategy (through social media, organic search, paid placement, email campaigns, etc.)
- Manage a multi-channel content calendar, ensuring not only timely execution but also alignment to the overall content strategy.
- Own the day-to-day for content creation tasks, including managing the intake of ad hoc content requests, shepherding content through the production process, and providing editorial feedback to ensure clarity and alignment with brand tone and voice.
- Use project management software as part of the content creation, editing, and production process such as Asana, Figma, Marketo, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proactively cultivate a growth mindset, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn more about our customers, product, and the global fertility benefits landscape.
- Report on content performance using data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaigns or concepts.
The Team :
You will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, Growth & Engagement, Partnerships, and Customer Success to develop and implement content marketing initiatives.
