POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Manager, Community & Creator Marketing leads a modern, community‑first marketing approach that builds brand affinity and drives measurable growth through creator partnerships, ambassador programs, and affiliate marketing, while maintaining strong earned media performance across key brand moments.
This role is responsible for cultivating authentic relationships with creators, ambassadors, and media, activating those partnerships through compelling content, experiences, and commerce‑enabled programs, and translating impact into clear, actionable reporting for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. The Sr. Manager serves as a connective force between brand, product, communications, and external partners-ensuring community initiatives support both storytelling and business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):
Community, Creator & Ambassador Leadership
- Own and evolve the global community and creator marketing strategy, with a focus on long‑term partnerships that drive credibility, cultural relevance, and sustained engagement.
- Lead ambassador and creator programs across brands, including recruitment, relationship management, contracts, content alignment, and performance evaluation.
- Partner with creators and community leaders to co‑create content, experiences, and campaigns that feel authentic to their audiences and aligned with brand values.
Affiliate & Performance‑Driven Engagement
- Oversee affiliate marketing strategy and execution, leveraging creator and community partnerships to drive engagement, conversion, and repeat advocacy.
- Manage external affiliate partners and platforms, ensuring clear goals, optimized performance, and consistent brand representation.
- Integrate affiliate insights into broader community and creator strategies to strengthen the link between storytelling and measurable outcomes.
Earned Media & Brand Visibility
- Maintain and evolve earned media strategy, supporting key product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with media, editors, and cultural influencers to secure high‑quality coverage that reinforces brand positioning.
- Lead press outreach, press materials, product seeding, and media activations, including press trips, events, and experiential moments.
Content, Social & Activation
- Guide organic social strategy in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring community, creator, and earned media efforts are integrated and mutually reinforcing.
- Oversee brand activations, experiential events, and community moments where creators, media, and partners intersect-both in‑person and digital.
- Collaborate with brand and product teams to ensure creator and community storytelling aligns with go‑to‑market priorities.
Communication & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external communications, including media inquiries, interviews, brand storytelling, and experiential access.
- Act as a trusted internal partner, clearly communicating strategies, priorities, and results to marketing, product, leadership, and executive teams.
- Support corporate communications needs as required, including crisis response and internal media preparation.
Reporting, Measurement & Insights
- Own reporting and performance measurements across community, creator, earned media, social, and affiliate efforts.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative results into clear insights, recaps, and recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Track coverage, engagement, affiliate performance, and campaign outcomes, maintaining organized archives and dashboards as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ years of experience in community marketing, creator or influencer marketing, earned media, public relations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and manage creator, ambassador, or affiliate programs with both brand and performance goals in mind.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, present, and influence effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and independently, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Agency management experience and familiarity with social, affiliate, and PR tools preferred.
- Background or passion for outdoor, lifestyle, or culture‑driven brands is a plus.
- Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with LFI's Core Values.
