  • Collect and analyze data, identify areas of need or opportunity, and develop recommendations for program improvements. Track and report on project performance, including key milestones and outcomes.

  • Administer processes within assigned program area. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the successful delivery of partner commitments and program goals.

  • May work in conjunction with internal departments and external government and/or non-government agencies in the development of program strategies and proposal initiatives as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:(Qualifications)

Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work on a team. Interest in or exposure to cause marketing, brand partnerships, or mission-driven campaigns preferred. Ability to think creatively while managing complex projects and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail in managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Comfortable working across teams to support the development and execution of new ideas.

Travel: Travel may be required.

* A combination of the candidate's education and general experience satisfies the requirements, so long as the total years equate to the description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
