Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake sales of a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to both new and existing clients.
• Provide proactive customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships and ensure the retention of accounts.
• Assess client’s individual needs to ensure that appropriate policies are matched effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and coverage accuracy.
• Facilitate the policy underwriting process from initial application to issuance, ensuring all client data is processed accurately and timely.

• Navigate claims processes with clients, providing guidance and support through potentially challenging situations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed and current advice to clients.
• Participate in networking events and professional organizations to foster connections and remain visible in the insurance community.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions, policies, and transactions to maintain compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.
