Wellabe is looking for a Customer Engagement Content Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key role in supporting Wellabe’s customer experience and engagement initiatives by writing, editing, and distributing high-quality, engaging content across a variety of customer-facing channels. This role is responsible for maintaining editorial guidelines and ensuring communications are consistent with Wellabe’s brand voice and tone, collaborating with cross-functional teams to progress customer initiatives.
Essential functions
- Develop and execute content strategies to educate, inform, and engage customers about Wellabe’s products, services, and engagement programs.
- Write, proofread, and fact-check customer-facing materials, including website content, portal updates, app carousels, email communications, digital content, and interactive features.
- Manage the process for creating, reviewing, and publishing content to customer portals and digital platforms.
- Ensure all content meets editorial quality, brand consistency, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay up to date on brand standards and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement through content.
- Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information needed for effective messaging.
- Collect and analyze performance and engagement metrics on customer campaigns and digital content.
- Perform content audits for customer portals, digital, and other customer facing materials.
- Utilize project management systems to guide the creation of customer engagement materials through copywriting and compliance review.
- Support customer engagement and retention strategies for Wellabe.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
