Job descriptionLead Video Content Creation. Plan, storyboard, film, and edit engaging video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn). Capture on-location footage of projects, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes of company culture. Ensure all creative content aligns with brand voice, values, and campaign goals. Drive Creative Direction. Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop fresh, engaging ideas that increase reach and engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to fit our industries. Assist with Marketing Projects. Support the Marketing Director with campaign execution across both G.L. Hunt and Service Squad. Contribute to branding, copywriting, graphics, and cross-channel creative projects as needed. Help with event coverage, photoshoots, and special marketing initiatives. 2+ years of experience in videography, editing, or creative content production (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends. Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.). A creative eye for storytelling, design, and branding. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership. Flexible, proactive, and excited to contribute to multiple projects. Competitive salary based on experience.
