Our client is seeking a content strategist who can partner with their CEO and senior leadership to capture the ethos of the organization and extend it internally and externally. This person will be responsible for capture, create, and distribute content related to the client's core messages. What you’ll do
Work with VP of People and Engagement and executive leaders to shape and define the shared language and core narratives of the organization. These narratives will be critical to create impactful internal communication strategies and campaigns.
Work with the VP of People and Engagement and executive leaders to determine how to most effectively leverage the voice of our senior leaders within the organization.
Create a master catalog / index of CEO content including written notes, video recordings, and voice notes so that prior content can be easily referred to.
Create consistent content channels for internal and external use : videos, blogs / articles, podcast episodes, and other content.
Draft communication on behalf of senior leaders, including speeches / trainings, emails, and other messages.
Collaborate with events team to ensure that our conference content is consistent with corporate narratives.
Create and execute feedback loops for such as surveys, focus groups, and other methods to get input and feedback from different employee groups.
What you need
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication, ghost writing, content marketing, or related fields.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt someone else’s voice and writing style.
Exceptional listening and note-taking skills to capture content that is delivered extemporaneously.
Ability to travel (estimated 1-2 nights per month) and work a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office per week.
Ability to quickly develop fluency in company language and narratives.
