As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in solving complex design problems that balance large advertiser needs, technical constraints, and business priorities. This role offers immediate, high-impact projects where your expertise will directly influence UX strategy and drive joint success through close collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will contribute to creating scalable solutions and frameworks that serve as foundational elements for multiple teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for all users.

• What You'll Do :
• Simplify complex concepts for a diverse range of clients and advertisers, making advanced tools accessible and understandable.
• Develop and implement strategies to create consistent access pathways for advertisers across our ecosystem.
• Improve optimal business setup through straightforward experiences, streamlined onboarding processes, and innovative self-serve tools.
• Shape UX strategy by applying your content expertise to influence design decisions and product direction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive direction, strategy, and execution across multiple teams.
• Establish and enforce content standards to ensure quality, consistency, and a seamless user experience.
• Create scalable content solutions and frameworks that can be leveraged as foundations for future development and team growth.
• Must-Have :
• A strong portfolio showcasing your content strategy and UX / UI expertise.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and domain management.
• Industry knowledge regarding first-party and third-party tools.
• Proven technical writing experience, with a focus on Plain Language specification.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Nice-to-Have :
• Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) or enterprise tooling.
