Compensation : $75,000 annually during the initial six-month probationary period, increasing to $85,000 annually upon successful completion of probation.

We are hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist & Content Lead to take full ownership of our content, starting with TikTok and expanding across platforms. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already scaled social accounts and can do it again.

WHAT YOULL OWN

• TikTok strategy, growth, and execution (end-to-end)
• Content pillars, hooks, storytelling, and posting cadence
• Creative direction and on-camera positioning
• Filming, editing, captions, and scheduling
• Performance analysis and iteration

You tell us what to post, how to post it, why it works, and then you execute!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 5+ years in social media / content
• Proven experience scaling TikTok accounts
• Strong portfolio with measurable results
• Experience with founder-led or personal brands
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture and audience psychology
• Applications without proof of growth will not be considered.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS)

• Clear TikTok strategy and content roadmap
• Repeatable content formats established
• Improved consistency, confidence, and performance
• Early growth signals across key metrics, including views, engagement, retention, and consistency.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation Structure

• $75,000 annual salary during 6-month probation
• Increase to $85,000 annually upon successful completion of probation

This role is ideal for candidates confident in their ability to deliver results and comfortable with a performance-based growth structure.
