UX design experience. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, and Miro.
JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Editorial, and Product teams to understand the needs of various personas within the digital ecosystem.
- Complete site-wide content audits, identify existing content sources, and define content gaps.
- Assist with content mapping and information architecture recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for better UX Writing to drive outcomes.
- Leverage web analytics and other inputs to identify needed content improvements.
- Plan and lead workshops to define and prioritize web content needs, partnering with publishing and design teams.
- Build and maintain content migration plans.
- Outline web pages, ensuring content is optimized for web in collaboration with editorial and marketing.
- Conduct research activities including user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analyses.
