Summary : The Content and Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and executing internal and external communications, marketing materials, and public relations efforts for CDS Life Transitions, its affiliate companies, and support departments. This role works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to promote and grow the CDS Life Transitions brand across various media and platforms, building awareness throughout the community.

Essential Job Functions :

• Develop internal and external communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collateral
• Create and maintain engaging content for agency social media channels, websites, and presentations
• Provide customer service support through digital channels and social platforms
• Proofread and edit communications from staff and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Capture, edit, and publish digital media content (photos, videos) for use online, in print, and at events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
• Support public relations efforts and logistics for special events and tours, including promotions, materials, and on-site coordination
• Represent and promote CDS Life Transitions brands to internal and external audiences
• Perform other duties as assigned
