Job Summary : The Content Writer drives continuous improvement in content quality and team knowledge of relevant industries and trends. They mentor Content Specialists and support the Content Marketing Manager to maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts and leaders across departments. The role involves researching industry verticals, aligning content with real-world developments, and exploring topics to differentiate Concentra from competitors. The position also serves as the team lead contact for earned media coverage and other initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Produce SEO articles, webinars, white papers, executive blogs, news releases, and company bios. Support project development and meet deadlines. Handle specific assignments and collateral.
- Mentor Content Specialists and act as a point of contact for their professional growth. Facilitate industry knowledge sharing through presentations and guidance.
- Interview stakeholders, experts, customers, and media to develop content, and conduct independent research as needed.
- Analyze project scope, identify red flags, update project trackers, and recommend deliverables.
- Manage content review, project intake, collaboration, and timelines with minimal supervision, adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain editorial calendars and project trackers; prepare briefs and summaries for collateral.
- Collaborate with Design and Digital teams for content launch and upload as appropriate.
