Job descriptionManage assigned accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure regulatory compliance by applying strong knowledge of Partner Government Agencies (FDA USDA AMS NOP etc.). Classify products according to HTSUSA and follow customer SOPs for entry preparation. Process import shipments by reviewing documentation inputting and transmitting data for CBP release. Handle customs issues including holds exams entry cancellations IT / TE / IE moves carnets and TIB entries. Resolve shipment delays by identifying and addressing issues affecting cargo release. Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding urgent shipments. Track and trace shipments coordinating with airlines steamship lines freight forwarders and CFS facilities. Arrange freight solutions by working with trucking companies for pickup and delivery. Provide advisory services on classification FTA qualification and PGA requirements. Identify business opportunities and assist in engineering client solutions. 57 years of progressive experience in customs brokerage operations. Expertise in CHB operations with handson experience in FDA and PGAs. Strong client interaction skills with the ability to engage highlevel customers. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level. CargoWise experience is required. Knowledge of customs regulations (19CFR) and HTS classification. Compensation : $70K$72K annually Career Stability Fulltime directhire role with a wellestablished company.
