This is perfect for anyone who wants to fill their day with productive and rewarding work. Whether youre a stay-at-home parent retiree student or just looking for flexible supplemental income youll spend your time talking to people and building relationships. Some phone work is involved but most of your day is hands-on and interactive. This is subject to change as we learn what works best.

Whether youre new to sales or an experienced estimator we provide the training tools and brand recognition to help you succeed.

What Youll Do

• Represent Fish Window Cleaning professionally and generate new commercial business through door-to-door outreach.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities and building relationships.
• Visit businesses within San Gabriel Valley (defined zip codes).
• Write valid window cleaning estimates using our mobile app.

Collect required business information (decision-maker contact hours notes etc.).

Your attributes

Sales estimating or customer-facing experience is a plus - but not required. We provide on-the-job training sales scripts and coaching so youll have the support you need to succeed.

Base Pay

Minimum of 4 estimates per hour.

Average hourly earnings : $22$28 per hour based on hourly rate estimate rate (Higher earnings are possible with consistent quality estimate production.)

Earning Potential (In Addition to Base Pay)

Example : If a customer signs up for window cleaning valued at $550 for one year you earn $55.00 in commission.

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
