Content & Account Manager

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week). Candidate must be able to work 1-2x a month from our Phoenix, AZ office and be able to travel to various client content shoots in the Phoenix area. No fully remote options are available.

The Ideal Content & Account Manager

We're looking for someone who can do it all: create scroll-stopping content for our clients and be the friendly, organized face they talk to every week. You'll plan, film, and edit social content for a portfolio of clients, then turn around and manage the relationship, gathering feedback, sending approvals, and keeping projects on track. If you love being creative and also love being the person clients trust to keep things running smoothly, this is your role.

Duties and Responsibilities

The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign responsibilities of this job at any time.

• Plan, create, film, and edit social media content (posts, Reels, and TikToks) for a portfolio of clients
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Build and manage content calendars; execute campaigns for promotions, sales, and product launches
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, sending content for approval and relaying feedback to the team
• Monitor performance and put together simple, clear recaps for clients
• Stay on top of platform trends and adapt content strategy as needed

Required Skills + Abilities

• A strong eye for visual storytelling and short-form video
• Comfort communicating directly with clients, in writing and on calls
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as a creator, not just a user
• Attention to Detail - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people

Experience + Education

• 1 to 3 years of experience creating social media content, ideally with some client or account management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Reliable transportation to and from our Phoenix office

Pay:

$48,000 to $62,000 annually, depending on experience.
