We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping / Office Administrator to support both office operations and shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish who is comfortable splitting time between administrative duties and hands-on shipping functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and increase pay based on performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations and shipping activities
- Process shipping documentation, labels, and basic logistics paperwork accurately
- Communicate effectively with internal teams in both English and Spanish
- Assist with preparing, counting, and moving packages for shipment as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and inventory-related documentation
- Support cross-functional teams and assist with additional tasks as operational needs change
