LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Title : Operations Administrator (Contract)
Location : Houston area, Texas
Job Type : Temp / Contract
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate : $18.00 - $25.00 / hr (DOE)
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the operations team. You will work closely with different departments to ensure the efficient flow of information, manage scheduling, track key operational metrics, and assist with process improvements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the operations team by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Process Coordination : Assist in coordinating daily operational processes, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in compliance with company policies.
- Data Entry & Tracking : Enter and update data in various systems, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on operational activities.
- Communication : Serve as a point of contact between different teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of any operational issues.
- Documentation Management : Organize and maintain operational files, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible when needed.
- Inventory & Supplies Management : Monitor inventory levels, order office supplies, and ensure that all operational materials are readily available.
- Customer & Vendor Interaction : Assist in managing relationships with vendors and customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring operational needs are met.
- Event Coordination : Assist with the coordination of internal events, meetings, or training sessions as needed.
- Problem-Solving : Identify operational inefficiencies and assist with developing and implementing process improvements to increase overall productivity.
