Job Title : Property and Casualty Insurance Administrator
Location : 14623 Rochester, New York
Compensation : $18.00 per hour
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Property and Casualty Insurance Administrator. This role focuses on processing, data entry, and validation of records for new and existing insurance accounts. You will also be responsible for providing customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the setup and maintenance of new or existing accounts for various insurance lines, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Respond to inbound inquiries and place outbound calls or emails to clients, insurance partners, and other offices as required by the business unit.
Provide necessary documentation to states, federal insurance agencies, and our insurance partners as required.
Research and resolve product and service-related issues from clients and internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate recording of all internal and external communications used for the accurate and timely setup, service, and maintenance of new or existing insurance accounts.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma - Required
Associate's Degree - Preferred
1 year of experience in Customer Service / Insurance Related field
Demonstrates customer service skills
Requirements :
Proficiency in Customer Service skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential
Must have experience in data entry tasks
Familiarity with documentation procedures
Experience in payroll processing
Ability to maintain quality standards in all tasks
Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
Knowledge of the insurance industry
Background in finance is a plus
Understanding of security protocols
Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Access
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to manage and adhere to timelines
