Key Responsibilities Review and assess client contracts for risks and compliance with company policies Lead negotiations and monitor compliance with prime contract provisions Provide guidance to project teams on financial and risk issues related to contracts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 10+ years of prime contract administration experience Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management, especially in Federal Government and Commercial Subcontracts Familiarity with industry business practices and Federal contracting requirements Some experience in non-Federal contracting, including commercial and municipal contracts
