- THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE CONSULTANT TO WORK ONSITE
- THIS IS AN ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST ROLE
Analyze and maintain the Client's Information Technology asset management database to ensure accurate tracking of computer-related assets. Review departmental inventories; evaluate and refine asset management processes and procedures; research new hardware parts and models; prepare and distribute scheduled reports; and analyze asset maintenance and lifecycle costs.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement asset management systems and modules to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Support the deployment of enterprise IT projects, including the State of Good Repair (SOGR) initiative, a large-scale program focused on replacing or upgrading iPhones and iPads that are over five (5) years old or incompatible with the iOS 18 update. Coordinate with multiple departments to assess inventories, deploy new devices, collect retired equipment, and update ServiceNow records.
