CONTRACTS MANAGER

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to : Director of Contracts

Compensation : $100 - $130K + bonus

Your Role :

You are a dynamic and strategic Contracts Manager playing a crucial role in the aerospace industry. In this high-impact position, you own the full contract lifecycle in both government and commercial sectors. You are the go-to expert ensuring compliance with industry regulations, mitigating risks, and forging strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do :

• Draft proposals and quotes to meet criteria from customers
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with government and commercial customers
• Identify and mitigate contractural risks while maximizing business opportunities
• Understand customer demand and participate in forecast management
• Perform Accounts Receivable tracking and coordination
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align contract terms with business needs and deliverables
• Monitor contract performance and modifications
• Communicate frequently with customers on proposals, purchase orders, and other contractual matters
