Job description3+ years of experience in a renewal management or similar role. Proficiency in adhering to project deadlines for timely customer renewals. Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have prior experience with ZoHo or similar CRM. Excellent follow up skills and ability to meet company goals and obtain desired results. Great attention to detail and strong accuracy in work product. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be comfortable placing calls to customers and providing regular communications for a seamless process. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Must be able to be persuasive and problem solve. Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis. Basic mathematical aptitude required. Must be self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently. Background check required.

JOB TITLE : Contract Renewals Specialist
JOB SUMMARY : Join an established and dynamic company that provides proprietary software to US and international companies. You will help manage the process of customer software renewals and maintenance agreements while also providing administrative support to management. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years' experience in the same or similar role and be proficient in Word, Excel, and SalesForce / Zoho or other similar CRM software.
Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.; M-F
Pay : $55K - $60K DOE
Location : Scottsdale, AZ
Type : Direct hire
Start date : Immediately upon passing background

DUTIES
- Help coordinate the renewal process with customers.
- Perform research and collect data as needed for prospective clients and / or vendors.
- Daily maintenance of customer data and customer history in ZoHo.
- Help answer internal and external emails / phone calls and provides timely responses.
- Works closely with internal customers and working through pre-set processes, while also seeking efficiencies in improving processes.
- Generates sales and metrics reports and responds to management requests for various ZoHo reports.
- Works with team to assist in order fulfillment process and handling new orders.
- Other administrative projects as needed.
