Boutique Law Firm Kansas City Area (Local In-Court Appearance Required)
Part-Time | 1015 Hours / Week | Flexible Schedule
Our client, a respected boutique law firm in the Kansas City area, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in a freelance / 1099 capacity . This is a unique opportunity for a reliable, self-directed attorney who is interested in a flexible position with potential for growth into more defined hours.
What You'll Do :
- Handle light litigation caseload, including court appearances in Kansas City metro area
- Support in managing cases, calendaring deadlines, and preparing for hearings
- Participate in legal research, drafting pleadings, and advising on litigation strategy
- Work on contracts, business and real estate-relatedmatters
- Coordinate with a small, collaborative legal team on an as-needed basis
