Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Interim Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a pharmacy team at a hospital in Northern Colorado. Must be available for full-time hours with prior hospital experience. If interested, email your resume to Soo.Lee@soliant..
Role : Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Location : Northern Colorado
Start Date : Jan 2025
Duration : Interim (until permanent hire) / Temp-to-Hire options available
Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
On-Call : Shared evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staffing and dispensing of medications.
- Serve as the PIC, ensuring pliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor one staff pharmacist and one pharmacy technician.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and medication dispensing through the Wellsky order entry system.
- Manage pharmacy automation using Omnicell.
- Participate in on-call duties (evenings and weekends), shared with team members.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal patient care.
Requirements :
This position offers flexibility with the potential for a temp-to-hire path, and were looking for candidates who can start in January 2025 and mit to ensuring the pharmacy operates smoothly until a permanent manager is hired.
