Job Description
The primary role of a Call Center / Customer Service Specialist is to assist customers by providing information, addressing inquiries about products and services, and resolving complaints. This position involves identifying customer issues, offering solutions, and providing follow-up as necessary. Customer service specialists may handle inbound, outbound, or both types of calls.
Job Responsibilities :
- Address customer complaints regarding services or billing by providing solutions such as merchandise exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or inform them of claim investigation results and any necessary adjustments.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken, ensuring proper documentation of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
