Responsibilities :

Provide highquality transcription services from audio and video files ensuring each document is errorfree and accurately reflects the source content.

Convert various forms of audio communications including interviews meetings webinars and podcasts into wellstructured formatted written documents.

Edit and proofread all transcripts to ensure high standards of quality grammar and accuracy before submission.

Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand specific formatting requirements and project deadlines.

Utilize specialized transcription software and secure cloud platforms to manage and deliver projects on time.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and sensitive information adhering to established security protocols.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in the transcription workflow and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience in transcription or typist roles with a demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and speed in a remote setting.

Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 65 words per minute and a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using transcription software and familiarity with digital file management systems.

Strong command of the English language with outstanding written communication and editing skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with various audio file formats and a strong ability to interpret different accents and dialects is a plus.

Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
