TRU Staffing PartnersPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania, United StatesOur client, one of the world’s largest multinational independent investment banks and financial services companies, is seeking a Contract Data Migration Specialist to join their eDiscovery and Surveillance team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the migration of electronic communications, voice recordings, and documents to a Software-as-a-service solution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and ensure the availability and integrity of all migrated data. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise archiving solutions, data transfer technologies, and a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a global technology team. Candidates should have experience with Enterprise Vault. This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Houston, or New York. This contract is expected to last a year with the possibility of an extension / conversion.
Summary :
The eDiscovery and Surveillance team provides technology and services to retain, discover and conduct surveillance against Electronically Stored Information (ESI). As a global technology service, we partner with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Security teams across the company during the eDiscovery phase of investigations. We are seeking an accomplished technology professional to join our team
What role will you play?
As a Data Migration Specialist, you will execute the migration of electronic communications, voice recordings and documents from an on-premise archive to a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal and external SaaS provider teams. You will identify potential issues and recommend solutions to ensure the availability and integrity of all migrated data as well as conduct post migration support and testing within the new solution.
What you offer
- Experience with enterprise archiving solutions specializing in electronic communications, voice recordings and document retention.
- Experience with data transfer and data storage technologies including on-premise and Amazon Web Services architectures. Familiarity with email migration and Enterprise Vault preferred.
- Experience within a global Financial Services technology organization or similar regulated corporate technology environment.
- Ability and enthusiasm to collaborate with External Service Providers to coordinate the delivery of the implementation services, to identify and remove roadblocks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a global technology team including schedule flexibility allowing participation in evening meetings with remote teams.
