Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Certified Contract Manager designation from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) or equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management and governance. In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and the code of federal regulations. Familiarity with the JWOD act and other relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and suppliers effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex contract terms and conditions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request to final signature and beyond, ensuring all contracts are properly executed and fulfilled.
- Develop and implement contracts governance strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring they align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage contract modifications, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties.
- Stay updated with federal acquisition regulations and the code of federal regulations, ensuring all contracts are compliant.
- Ensure compliance with the JWOD act and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to other team members on contract management and related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related issues.
