Salary Range : $70K-$80K / Annum
Job Description :
- Extensive understanding of industrial automation and control systems
- Experience in operating and setting up VMCs (a type of milling machine), Lathe Machines.
- Understanding of cutting tools, tool selection, and tool management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of routine maintenance practices for VMCs (a type of milling machine), Lathe Machines.
- Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols and machine operation safety.
- Write and debug control software using programming languages such as Allen Bradly, APT, ELAU PLC, SCADA, HMI, or other automation tools.
- Configure and program controllers and associated devices for specific applications.
- Experience with integration of HMI application with Control systems like PLCs, Historian products and integration with MES and Business layer applications using edge technologies like MQTT protocol, web services etc.
- Worked on different communication protocols and OPC DA drivers, OPC UA for plant floor connectivity. Integration with enterprise layer i.e. MES systems or Enterprise database connectivity.
- Experience of application set up, installation & configuration.
- Experience with SAT / FAT (testing) & commissioning of control system.
- Experience with control system application Upgrades & Migrations
- Experience of control system project execution in pharma domain
