Role Overview : We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, sizing, and estimation processes for complex HVAC systems, including selecting blowers and fans, and ensuring seamless integration of the overall system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs and ensure smooth integration of mechanical and electrical components.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Review and interpret project specifications to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Provide hands-on leadership throughout the fabrication process to ensure the quality and accuracy of projects.

Qualifications :

Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required, Bachelors Degree preferred.

Proven 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical engineering integration.

Must have EPA Universal Certification.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams and overseeing complex projects.

Proficiency in CAD and drafting tools for designing and laying out HVAC systems.

Knowledge of industry standards for hazardous locations (NFPA ) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
