Job Summary :
The Controller will lead all accounting operational functions, ensuring proper financial controls, and work closely with the Finance team and Executive Leadership to tackle complex challenges and execute strategic plans. This role will focus on timely month-end close processes, financial modeling for growth, tax and regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while managing a multi-location team.
As a critical member of the team, the Controller must excel in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and process improvement while driving team performance and contributing as a strong individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting :
Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple locations.
Ensure completion and accuracy of daily accounting functions such as billing, AR / AP, and cash reporting.
Lead and mentor a team of 3+ finance professionals across multiple locations.
Manage tax filings, regulatory compliance, and business / legal documentation.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and consultants.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphs).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
