Responsibilities / Duties :

• Training Program Development and Management
• Learning Content Creation and LMS Support
• Performance Review Management and Career Development

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience considered.
• Two plus years of professional work experience in Human Resources / business administration, Organizational / Talent development, or similar
• Valid driver's license and SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPLP certification preferred
• Ability to work confidently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Possess an understanding of instructional design and facilitation
• Possess a passion for employee and organizational development and engagement
• Ability to determine learning needs by assessment
• Superior attention to detail
• Skilled in applying sound judgement and decision-making
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of performance management techniques
• Ability to provide individual contributor leadership in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with access to HR data

Salary Range : $60,800- 102,100 (based on home branch location) plus incentive opportunities
