Collaborating across teams, you'll streamline onboarding, assess learning needs, and align initiatives with our mission and values. You'll also play a key role in organizational development by analyzing workplace culture, supporting change management efforts, and implementing strategies that foster a high-performance, growth-oriented environment. Plus, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance training and optimize talent management.
Location Options :Responsibilities / Duties :
- Training Program Development and Management
- Learning Content Creation and LMS Support
- Performance Review Management and Career Development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience considered.
- Two plus years of professional work experience in Human Resources / business administration, Organizational / Talent development, or similar
- Valid driver's license and SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPLP certification preferred
- Ability to work confidently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possess an understanding of instructional design and facilitation
- Possess a passion for employee and organizational development and engagement
- Ability to determine learning needs by assessment
- Superior attention to detail
- Skilled in applying sound judgement and decision-making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of performance management techniques

Required Qualifications :
Salary Range : $60,800- 102,100 (based on home branch location) plus incentive opportunities
