Join LHH Technology as our Automation and Controls Management Engineer (ACME) , where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing mission-critical Automation Systems. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, this onsite position offers relocation assistance for those considering a move.
As the ACME, you'll serve as the resident technical expert, collaborating closely with IT, Operations, and external automation providers to ensure seamless system operation and rapid issue resolution. Your responsibilities include designing and configuring automation systems, providing leadership to achieve business objectives, and overseeing the full lifecycle of control systems.
Principal Job Duties :
- Design and develop innovative control systems.
- Oversee maintenance and enhancements to existing systems.
- Manage support for round-the-clock production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, IT specialists, and procurement staff.
- Interface with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Project management within budget and time constraints.
- Troubleshoot IT systems, Industrial Automation Systems, and Plant Floor Instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Quality standards.
- Provide expert advice, consultancy support, and contribute to new business proposals.
- Supervise automation and controls’ personnel.
- Draft specifications for new software requirements.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Salary Range : $120,000-$150,000
