Job Title : Controls Engineer

Location : Cape Canaveral, FL

We are looking for a talented and passionate Controls Engineer to help us design, operate, and maintain low-power electrical systems that are crucial for the fueling and operation of launch vehicles and spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Operation : Create and manage ground support control and instrumentation systems, including electrical schematics and servo motor controls.
• Installation and Maintenance : Implement and maintain systems through a preventative maintenance program, addressing physical installation issues and ensuring the longevity of electrical components.
• Data Acquisition and Network Infrastructure : Operate, upgrade, and maintain data acquisition system hardware and network infrastructure interfaces.
• Troubleshooting and Innovation : Build, checkout, and troubleshoot ground support equipment (GSE), write procedures for routine and off-nominal tasks, and provide innovative solutions to unique challenges.
• Field Work : Verify the functionality of end instruments using electrical equipment in the field, and design and build junction boxes and conveyances.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and perform in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $72.00 / hr.
