A leading heavy equipment and machinery manufacturer serving the heavy construction, road building, aggregate, material handling and mining industries.

About the Position :

Hiring for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational functions. Reporting directly to the CEO. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the company’s continued success. This position will help streamline processes, improve productivity, and strengthen our position as a market leader in North America. This position requires a deep understanding of the heavy construction machinery industry.

Responsibilities :

4. Supply Chain and Procurement

5. Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction

6. Continuous Improvement

7. Team Leadership and Development

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a COO, or senior executive in a heavy equipment manufacturing or related industry.
  • Extensive experience in the heavy construction machinery industry, preferably in a leadership role within an OEM.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control in heavy machinery production / distribution.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and transforming operational functions, preferably within a global organization.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements in the heavy machinery industry.
