Plan and write security software guides and knowledge articlesGather data through research and technical interviews to create accurate documentationManage updates and revisions to technical literature while ensuring consistency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent experience in Journalism, English, Communications, Computer Science, or Engineering2 to 7 years of experience in writing or editing content for various audiencesFamiliarity with XML and HTMLExperience documenting processes and procedures in an operating system environmentFamiliarity with security software / products is preferred
