About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter / Handyman to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of Class A commercial office buildings. This role emphasizes high-quality painting work, surface preparation, and minor repairs, ensuring a pristine and professional appearance throughout our facilities.
Position Responsibilities
Painting (Primary Focus) :
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and specialty surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and caulking as needed to ensure smooth finishes.
- Select and mix paints and finishes to match existing colors and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and protection of surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking, and proper containment.
- Conduct post-painting touch-ups and inspections to meet Class A commercial standards.
