The Corporate Controller leads the organization's financial functions of payroll, tax, accounts payable, cash management, and accounting for by ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and best practice internal controls. Additionally, the Corporate Controller assists with acquisition-related accounting matters by leading financial due diligence, financial systems integration, and purchase accounting.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Controller :
Oversee preparation of financial statements and government regulatory assessment filings
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit
Lead financial due diligence associated with acquisitions
Ensure compliance of internal controls
Direct tax planning and compliance for the corporation and its subsidiaries
Design financial information systems and standard reports
Preferred Qualifications for the Corporate Controller :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
Master's degree preferred
Five years' experience as a financial administrator
Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management
The Corporate Controller role is fully onsite in Bristol, Indiana
